If you have watched movies like Bounty Hunter and you like the style of that movie, you would know that The Switch would be your favorite as well. This movie would not target people who are interested in watching many exciting movies. You would not see gigantic scenes like those you would watch in the Transformer. And you would not be able to cry crazily just like you watch Click.

The Switch was originally entitled as The Baster and it is a kind of romantic comedy. Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman are starring in this film and this movie is directed by Josh Gorden as well as Will Speck. This is actually a story called “Baster” written by Jeffery Eugenides.

In this movie, Jennifer Aniston is starring Kassie Singleton while Jason Bateman would be her best friend Wally. Kassie originally planned to have a baby on her own so she tried to find a sperm donor so that she could be pregnant. But Wally was actually a guy who loves her and he was not happy with Kassie’s decision.

Wally knew that Kassie has treated him as her friend and he could hardly win the love from Kassie. Therefore, he could do nothing to stop Kassie from being this kind of single parent.

But when Kassie was holding the ‘insemination party’, Wally was drunk and he accidentally threw away the sperm from the donor. He then tried to use his own sperm to replace it. Seven years later, Kassie returned with her boy and Wally had to stay with Kassie and take care of the little boy together. The truth was revealed and these two adults faced challenges in their relationship. On the other hand, they had to deal with problems regarding the kid.

For people who are interested in watching a movie which would not have a sad ending, this movie would be suitable for them. Of course, I would not tell the ending here or otherwise you may lose your interest in watching this movie. But the fact is that this movie is not a very serious production and you should never set a high standard towards the quality of this movie.

This is just a movie for you to have laughers and you want to get rid of some sad feelings. If you hate spending money to watch a comedy, you should never watch this movie because you would surely be angry after watching it.

As mentioned above, the standard for judging this movie should not be high. Jennifer is doing her right job and Jason as well. They could create interesting moments and conversation between them is interesting. And after acting in several comedies, Jennifer has shown that she is great in creating a relaxing atmosphere in movies and she is good at starring in comedy. It is hoped that she could perform better in the foreseeable future if she is going to star in these movies again. Anyway, The Switch may be your cup of tea if you love to watch a movie with happy ending and you want to laugh.
