If you love to watch a lot of action movies, The Expendables would be a good choice for you to watch in recent weeks. It is a Hollywood movie written by David Callaham as well as Stallone. And Stallone is also the director and one of the members of the cast. In this film, all those stars are members of a group of mercenaries. They are professional and they were given a mission.

The mission is to overthrow a dictator in Latin America. But in their process, they find that something goes wrong and they find that they were hidden from the truth. Sadly, they were already been put into a situation that they could not go back. And they would have to work hard to overcome all traps and difficulties and survive.

One of the best selling points of this movie is definitely the cast. It would be almost impossible for you to see Dolph Lundgren, Jet Li, Micket Rourke, Bruce Wills, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Steve Austin and Jason Statham together in one movie. And probably only Stallone would have this ability to gather all these action movie stars together.

If you are a fan of action movie, you would know that each of these stars could actually star for a movie and there would be a great result for box office. Therefore, acting skills of these star is surely of no doubt. But many people actually worry about the combination of these stars. Would they compete with each other for scenes in this movie? Could they show a sense of teamwork? Or would this movie look like a separate movie for all these stars?

Well, I could say that this movie is worth watching and these stars could show teamwork. Although they could not show a combination which is 1+1 > 2, it could still show that 1+1 = 2. It means that each of them could perform well in their own role in this movie and there would not be a decrease in the overall performance of this movie.

But is the plot attractive? Yes, it is. It is a typical action movie and you could feel the exciting moments throughout this movie. This movie is full of men so there would be a lot of fighting and battling scenes. And it is really good to see them cooperating to save each others’ life. The plot is well designed so that you would not think that it is boring.

To conclude, The Expendables is a good movie that you could spend money to watch. If you love to watch action movie and you want to see the performance of Arnold again, this would be the best chance. It is really rare for you to find all these action movie stars performing in the same movie so you should show your support if you really love action movie.
