The movie legend of the guardians has been recently released on the 24th of September, 2010 in United States of America. The story line of this movie has proved to be a hilarious 3D experience, yet the overall plot is much familiar to the viewers. The protagonist of this movie is shown to be inexperienced and comparatively unsure of him. However, the movie picks up momentum, and the ultimate fight that happened between the evil elements and the hero of the movie, brings this film to its climax.
Throughout the movie there is evil lurking from everywhere. The barn owl, named Soren, has been kidnapped by another group of owls of St. Aggie’s. St. Aggies is actually an orphanage for owls, and they prepare the owls to become soldiers by brainwashing them. The region of St. Aggie has been ruled by some cruel and cunning rulers. St. Aggie rulers are against the owls of Ga’Hoole Island. Now, Soren and one of his friends are determined not to be victims of St. Aggie’s cruel owls. They, therefore, run away to assist the noble owls of Ga’Hoole island.
This film has been directed by Zack Snyder and the screenplay for this movie has been written by John Orloff and Emil Stem. The story circles around the family of Soren, initially. Soren is the focus of his parents and has a brother and little sister. The brother remains greatly jealous of Soren while his sister is shown to love hearing about the folk lore of their ancestors‘legacy. Now, apparently everything seems to be perfect and peaceful, unless a large amount of stirring happens in the plot.
Now the Soren brothers get kidnapped by the St. Aggie’s. In that region the cruel emperor is formulating a large army of owls and is preparing a fatal weapon to fight against the noble owl race. The weapon remains under veil throughout the movie. Everyone knows that this weapon requires small metallic pieces to function appropriately but nothing other than this is reveled.
In these captive days, Soren pledges to be on the side of good owls while his brother becomes an ally of the evil ones. The protagonist of this movie, named Soren, travels long distances, and bears countless ordeals in his desire and struggles to find the Guardians. Before this event, everyone has only heard about these owl guardians in their folk lore. After, finding the guardians, Soren learns several martial arts tactics, such as learning to fly and Ninja attacks. In order to make the good natured owl race, free of the evil rule, an epic battle takes place.
The battle obviously concludes with the victory of good over the evils. The animations that are implied in this movie are of really high quality. The voice actors also have done great job and have transmitted the emotions in their tonality in a very appropriate way. Also, as a child’s story or animated category movie, this film earns its due right to be worth a watch or may be more then one watch, for many.
